Job Profile: Methodology Specialist

Job Summary:

As an implementation/development methodology specialist operating from GDC, you are required to drive a cross-functional development team in building software services using SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Support the countries with their local roll out and use of the methodology.
• Maintain the current documents, the training material and the SharePoint site.
• Further develop the methodology and tools:
oExtend with e-learning based on case studies
oExtend with a review concept
oExtend with more project management content
oExtend with more development related content
• Drive training and implementation of SureStep+ in the Global Delivery Centre.
