Offshoring is Easy…….Once you know how!

Most things are difficult before they are easy.

This goes certainly when there is change involved for habits and ways of working.  The results might be a disappointment.

Luckily, there are many examples of initiatives that became a success. Not because they were easy or simple, but because the right attitude and perseverance were there to make it a success. Or because the right parties where brought together to let each work on their own field of expertise and have the right contribution. After some time, everything again seems easy and simple.

Something like this is also applicable for offshoring of software development. To make something like that a success is hard enough, and there are many examples of failures in this respect. With the right parties at the table, that won’t rest until they become successful, it can be done. And in hindsight, when you figured out how to do it, all seems simple enough.
