We developed several Marketplace Apps on Planon, driving the complete process, from needs analysis, development, process optimization, and commissioning to implementation, training, and monitoring. Some of the applications are:
Feedback tool. With this app, organizations can send emails to requestors, asking for their feedback after a request, service call, or work order has been completed and closed.
Soobr: Soobr offers optimised, demand-oriented planning and execution of cleaning tours based on data and artificial intelligence. It replaces Excel sheets with an intelligent standardized web application, and paper-based cleaning schedules with dynamic schedules displayed on a device.
We built an app for efficiently onboarding or updating locations, spaces, and assets. With data templates, QR scanning, speech-to-text and OCR features, easily register key characteristics and make cleaning and maintenance processes more efficient and intelligent.
For organizations that deliver cleaning services, we built an app that offers full support from initial contract registration, capacity, and operational planning, to operations, quality review, and billing preparation, streamlining the cleaning process.
